- Yes Advantage offers a budget hosting plan. These are for customers who do not wish to have their own domain name. For those wishing larger sites we use a very reputable hosting service. We've found it better for you the customer as we can't compete with many of the hosting services out there in price and space. [top]

- No problem. We can do one of two things. You can keep your current hosting place and domain registering place, or we can move your entire site to where we host. You may find you are paying more than you should for hosting and domain name registration. In certain cases where your website plan is in one of our top plans there is no charge for your domain name! This is the same for some new plans. [top]

- You own the website and domain name. Advantage only builds and maintains them. [top]

- In certain cases of custom graphics or animations Advantage owns the rights to those. In saying that you will be notified of such cases. These are few and far between and generally you as the customer own them. [top]

- Absolutely. We encourage it. This is a win win for you. What better way to have your site paid for by offering advertising space. Advantage collects nothing on it except add it to your site. Advertising additions are not part of our monthly maintenance fees. [top]

- We offer 3 plans. Basic, small business, and big business. Each offers specific advantages over the other. From price to features and benefits to suit your needs. [top]

- Webmail is the same as hotmail, where you use your browser to login into a remote server. Pop3 is what Outlook, Outlook express, Eudora etc use to check and send emails. We can assist you in setting up your email client. [top]

- Yes we can. If you wish we can create alternating banners which change automatically every time a visitor comes to your site. This is great for advertising specials, other businesses, or anything you choose. [top]

- This has been a debated topic. We generally use 1024 x 768. The main reason is over the past 4 years new computers have come standard with a 17 inch monitor and after much data collected over the years this is resolution that over 85% of the people surfing the internet use. We can set your site to any resolution you prefer. [top]

- You will receive an invoice by email 30 days prior to the due date. Hard copy invoices can also be arranged. [top]

- Maintenance fees cover minor updates on your site. From changing pictures and text to adding minor changes such as a special on page(s). There are many variables involved. A good rule of thumb is if a complete new page is required or reconstruction of an entire page they are not covered by the normal maintenance fees. All extra fees are subject to approval before work begins. [top]

- Yes we certainly can. All charges are in US Dollars. Currency rates are govern by those set at the time of agreement and set up the New York Stock Exchange. [top]
